The monthly option runs for 24 months and bundles the website build with hosting, business email and the support included in your selected package. During the contract you have full access to your website. Once the term is complete, you own the website. After that, you only pay for hosting, your domain and any optional extras you choose.
What happens if I want to cancel?
You can cancel before the end of the 24-month term. Any settlement is assessed fairly according to the project’s progress, whether the website has already launched and the amount of work completed up to the cancellation date. We will review the project and confirm the settlement applicable to the work completed.
What is different about the once-off option?
You pay the website design cost upfront. Your first year of hosting is included. After that, you only pay for hosting, your domain and any optional extras you choose—there are no ongoing design package fees.
How do I choose the right package?
Start with the number of pages and the depth of content you need now. If you are growing quickly, the Professional package gives most businesses a useful balance of space, maintenance and flexibility.
Can I request changes to the design?
Yes. The process includes a review stage where you can share feedback and request refinements before the website is approved for launch.
What happens after my website is launched?
Once your website is live, the design and revision phase is complete. Small content updates, such as changing text or images, are covered by the maintenance included in your selected package, where applicable. Additional pages, major design changes and larger website overhauls fall outside the package scope and will be quoted separately based on the work required.
Can you connect third-party tools?
Yes. We regularly work with WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, PayFast, Mailchimp and other business tools. Tell us what you use and we will confirm the best approach.
