Which platform do you build stores on?
Most stores are built on WordPress with WooCommerce, which gives you full ownership of your products, customers and data. If Shopify or another platform is a better fit, we will say so upfront.
How do I choose the right package?
Start with how many products you need now and whether they require sizes, colours or other variations. Choose Essential for a straightforward catalogue, or Complete when you need variations, filters and more room to grow.
Can I request changes to the design?
Yes. The process includes a review stage where you can share feedback and request refinements before the store is approved for launch.
